Design
Proofing
After the design pattern and material of the gift box are confirmed, we will make the sample of the gift box, and the sample will be sent 3-5 days after the print design is confirmed. The sample can help you more intuitively understand the final effect of the box, and make timely suggestions for changes.
Offset Printinig
Offset printing is capable of producing clear, crisp and consistent images that accurately depict the original artwork while maintaining the ability to effectively print large amounts of material. Our printing equipment is a Heidelberg four-color press, which can handle 8000-13000 paper per hour, and after the machine is printed, there will be a professional to adjust the color to ensure that it is consistent with your needs.
Glossy / Matt Lamination
Lamination plays a protective role for the box, can increase its firmness, prevent it from tearing and scratching, wear-resistant and sunlight-resistant, stain-resistant and water-resistant. Lamination is generally a layer of plastic film on the paper, commonly used bright film, matte film, and soft touch film, laser film, etc.. Bright film has bright colours and a smooth surface; matte film has soft colours and a misty surface with a frosted feel.
Hot Stamping
The hot stamping process can bring your logo a brilliant and magnificent visual effect, highlighting your logo and showing the luxurious brand tone. Through the hot stamping process after the processing of the product is not only clear, beautiful patterns, bright and vivid colours, and most importantly, so that the stamping position has a metallic texture.
Die Cutting
Die cutting is an automated operation that cuts multiple parts of the same shape in an efficient and uniform manner, and automated instruments greatly improve the accuracy of die cutting. The production process is regularly sampled by quality inspectors to check the effectiveness of the product during production.
Production line
Certain packaging boxes cannot be assembled by machines and will require skilled assembly line workers to complete the process. Our workers will manually fold, glue, or insert components to create the finished boxes. This hands-on approach ensures precision and attention to detail, resulting in high-quality packaging tailored to our clients’ needs. Additionally, manual assembly allows for greater flexibility in handling custom designs and varying production volumes, ultimately enhancing efficiency and product integrity.

judi industrial uses a two-layer carton packaging method in order to provide customers with a good harvesting experience. Firstly, we use a corrugated box to store the box as well as cushioning materials such as corrugated cardboard, bubble wrap or foam inserts, etc., and then we set another layer of corrugated cardboard on top of that for the box to provide a second layer of protection. After labelling the parcels, we then choose the appropriate mode of transport for delivery, including land, sea, air and so on.
