Responsibilities:

Business Development Manager (Printing Industry)
Job Responsibilities
- Development of new customer for corrugated box packaging, offset packaging and display stand field, premium box, gift box or other related with packaging.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal relationship with potential and current customers.
- Achieving sales targets set by the company.
- Responsible for solutions targeted at increasing customer satisfaction levels.
- Highly aware and reporting on activities of competitors as well as customers.
- Play a vital role to servicing existing customer accounts and a strong emphasis to hunt for new customers and market opportunities with the Packaging sector
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Provide product and service information by answering questions and requests.
- Prepare cost estimates by studying design/sample and related customer documents; consulting with designer and other technical personnel.
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary school/certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- 3 years above of sales experience in packaging industry or trading business experience in printing packaging industry.
- Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill.
- A self motivation, ability to take initiatives and drive its own target
The Flexo Press Operator is responsible for operating the wide web flexographic printing presses to produce packaging products according to customer specifications. This includes performing make-ready, maintaining press efficiency, managing press performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Perform make-ready and operate wide web flexographic printing press efficiently.
- Install the proper inks in the correct press units and maintains their levels during the press run.
- Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned press.
- Manage all aspects of press performance including productivity, quality, and maintenance as directed and scheduled.
- Supports, understands, and adheres to LEAN Principles and Rules by identifying, evaluating, and resolving problems.
- Communicate to Flexo Manager immediately of any material shortages, defective material/components, mechanical issues, excess spoilage, or incomplete job information.
- Determine the best manufacturing method to produce product efficiently and effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Solid understanding of printing color theory.
- Punctual attendance.
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience operating wide web flexographic printing presses.
- Solid understanding of printing color theory, high quality process printing experience, color mixing and matching.
- Set up and run of 18”+ wide web flexo presses, but not limited to, Zerand, Fisher & Krecke, W&H.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
